The Landmark Resort, an oceanfront property on the sandy white beaches
of the beautiful South Carolina coast, has been selected to host our 2008
Hof Reunion. The Landmark has agreed to provide rooms Sunday through
Thursday night and before and after, at the rates listed below.

Reservations can be made immediately by calling  1-800-845-0658.

Each Guest will make their own reservations and should use the letters H-O-
F as our Group Reservation Code when contacting the Landmark Resort.  
Reservations made after Sept. 5, 2008 will be based on availability.

The First Night Deposit of room and tax is required to guarantee your
reservation unless you are guaranteeing with a credit card.  Checks will be
accepted if received within 10 days of reservation being made.  If your
check is not received within 10 days, reservation will automatically be
cancelled.  Personal checks are accepted if received a minimum of 30 days
prior to Day of Arrival.  
No checks will be accepted at Check-in.

Add $8.00 per Adult per night for a Third and Fourth Adult in the room or
suite.  A maximum of 4 (four) Adults are permitted in any room or suite. This
does not apply to 3 B/R Penthouses.  Check with Resort for prices. All rates
are subject to South Carolina State and Local Taxes, currently 11.0%.  All
Rooms and Suites are subject to a $3.50 per night Resort Fee. This Fee is
also subject to tax, currently 7.0%

Quoted rates are guaranteed for any early arrivals and any stayovers.

CHECK-IN TIME:   
   4:00 PM or later.  If rooms are ready earlier check-in
will be allowed. The Hospitality Room will be available as a waiting area.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM or Earlier

Please make sure your friends and family who may need to reach you while
you are at the Resort have the following number:  843-448-9441 as the 800
number can not be transferred to any of the Hotel Rooms or Suites.

ROOM CANCELLATION:  Any individual canceling his/her reservation
must cancel at least three days prior to the day of arrival to receive any
refund.  In each instance of cancellation, there is a $25.00 Administration
Cancellation fee charged

REUNION REGISTRATION: The Myrtle Beach registration fee is $78.00
per person. The registration fee will cover the cost of the Reception/Social
Buffet, the Banquet Dinner, tax & gratuity, sound system and AV equipment,
dance music, dance floor, special awards, name tags, reunion packages,
and other administrative costs. Registration fees are due by August 5,
2008.  A $25.00 surcharge will apply to registrations received after that date.


CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:  Registration fees are 100%
refundable until September 1st, 2008.  After September 1st, a 50%
forfeiture will be assessed for all cancellations due to association cost and
contract commitments UNLESS there is a documented emergency or
medical condition.

containing nametags, dinner tickets, Tour tickets and
HRA Reunion Information etc.   Hospitality Room opens
for coffee, rolls, and war stories & memories.  Bring your
photo albums and memorabilia, members, family, and
friends mingle, relax, and make plans

Registration closes. Remaining Registration Packets
can be picked up in Hospitality room.

Association meeting (One member per family, however,
depending upon room size additional Member may be
allowed to attend but only one member can vote)

Casual Reception – Buffet Luncheon (name tags
required).  Great program with entertainment, door
prizes, live auction, music and lots of fun.

Tentative tour to Le Grande Cirque (More info in Weekly

For the remaining participants – get together with friends
and other members for dinner or other entertainment
around Myrtle Beach.

Hospitality Room open – coffee and refreshments.

Group Dinners—Groups comprising of 30 members will
get together for dinner at a restaurant of their choosing
and have dinner.  Each participant will have 3 to 5 minutes
to tell about their life during and or after Hof.  These
dinners are loads of fun with a lot of kibitzing going on
during these informative talks.  Presentations may be
made during these dinners.  We need volunteers to be
Group Leaders and to act as Master of Ceremonies.

Hospitality Room opens for coffee and refreshments.

Great time to walk the beach, swim, fish, visit the water
park, see the sights of Myrtle Beach or just set on your
balcony with friends, enjoy a liquid libation and listen to
the waves breaking onto the beach.
