Tentative schedule provided all tours are set up according to schedule below.
Monday 9/6 - Hospitality Room Accessible for Board Members for Setup
Monday 9/6 - Majority of Members to Check-In around 2 PM
Monday 9/6 - Board Meeting at 5 PM for 12-14 People
Tuesday 9/7 - Hospitality Room opens at 9 AM to 8 PM
Tuesday 9/7 - Registration Opens at 9 AM to 1 PM
Tuesday 9/7 - General Membership Meeting for around 150 - 4:00 P.m.
Tuesday 9/7 - Group dinners 6:30 P.M. to ?
Wednesday 9/8 - Hospitality open from 8 AM to 11 AM for All
Wednesday 9/8 - Hospitality open 11 AM to Noon for
Men's Get Together
Hospitality Closes at Noon due to Luncheon/Buffet and Reopens 6-8 PM
Wednesday 9/8 - Luncheon/Buffet from 12:30 to 6 PM for
roughly 200-250
Thursday 9/9 - Hospitality Open from 8 AM to 8 PM-
Thursday 9/9 - Tour of Hill AFB + Museum & Salt Lake City,
Mormon Tabelnacle
Leaving at 1:00 P.M. for Hill AFB and then onto SLC @ 3:45P.M
5:00pm - arrive at Temple Square for a 30 minute tour of Temple Square
including the Tabernacle ( depending on group size we will break into
3 groups for the first tour
5:40pm – Garden tours and Family Search demo’s ( break into two
groups – one to 30 minute Family Search and one to 30 Garden tour ))
then switch and finish at 6:40pm.
6:45pm – Dinner in Lion House Pantry - Entrée of choice, two sides,
small salad or soup, roll and choice of dessert.
8:00pm – Attend 1 hour Mormon Tabernacle Choir Practice
9:15pm – Head back to Ogden
Friday 9/10 - Hospitality Open from 8 AM to 3 PM
Friday 9/10 - Hospitality Open 3 PM to 4 PM for
Women's Get Together
Hospitality Closes at 4 PM in order to get ready for
Banquet Evening
Friday 9/10 - Banquet Function from 5:30 PM to 11 PM
Saturday 9/11 - Hospitality Opens from 8 AM to Noon for
Coffee/Donuts and Goodbyes
A tour to Historic Union Station @ Museums would be available
from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. every day for those who are
interested in going on their own. The admission cost would be
$ 4.00 for Seniors (62+) and $ 5.00 for those under 62. A 10%
Discount is available if we pre-order tickets.
AND there is a regular DAILY trip ( $ 15 fee ) to the Casinos in
West Windover that picks up at the Marriott each morning which
would be available for those NOT wanting to go to either Hill or
SLC on Thursday. I will check into this with the Bus Company
providing this daily service
